Hi Cymraes, have just got back from holiday, which was a mixture of lovely & not so lovely as I always struggle more with eating sensibly when away from home & out of routine! I am struggling with trying to do things my way, as always, but I continue on because in life it's sink or swim & I want to learn to swim! How are you doing?

I'm not doing well at the moment, I find that I do well as long as things are going smoothly but if something changes - a meeting is cancelled or I can't do something I'd planned - then I eat!
I pray about this every day but.....

I am continuing to pray for you.

I know what you mean Chris, I am ok if my routine is as usual, but if anything interupts my routine then I struggle to keep on track. Once I falter a bit it takes a lot not to totally go mad with the eating!
I am just in the process of typing scriptures out to help me, planning to put them up around the house. I know that we can have the victory over this! i continue to pray for you too!
