How is everyone doing?

Hi, I have just joined the forum. It is quiet! I have struggled with yo-yoing for most of my adult life & have had Fit For Life info for a while but old habits die hard along with old thought patterns! I am reading the Book & course material again & praying & trusting that God will help me stay on track this time & really get to grips with this problem!

I found it quite hard doing the course by myself, I found 2 friends to do it with me. Can you find anyone, even one person to do it with you?

Hi, I am not sure if I can find someone to do the course with me. I am a bit reluctant to tell people about what I am doing as I have done so many things in the past & fear they will just think I'm on another 'crazy' plan! I'm hoping that with prayer & maybe contact like this I can give it a good go. I have such a history with food/eating/diets, etc, I find I feel overwhelmed at times by even attempting something else. Anyhow, I plod on, as it is sink or swim!

I know what you mean, I've spent all my adult life gaining/losing weight, I haven't told my family we're doing the course!

I will keep you in prayer as you work through the book.
