2 friends and I started doing the course together a couple of weeks ago.
I'd given up lots of things for Lent (cakes, chocolate, sweets, biscuits etc) and lost some weight but since we started the course I have had a few binges - dry roasted peanuts, bread etc. and have probably put back the weight I'd lost
Has anyone else have this problem?

Hi, well done for starting the course. I recieved my book on Thursday and have been reading it since.Since going to a seminar last Saturday I decided straight away to give this part of my life to God and let my eating habits be directed from him. However just 10 minutes ago I found myself in my kitchen looking for something to satisfy my PMT cravings,I am not hungry, just wanting to stuff something nice into my mouth. I prayed and decided to check out the forum, so I have managed to avoid the binge,thank God.Just remember you have the freedom to eat these foods if you want to, and don't be too hard on yourself.God bless. Thank you Emma. I guess I know what I should be doing, but sometimes the call of food is stronger than God's voice. I need to learn to listen to God.

All this sounds so familiar, but I have to keep believing that it is possible with God, as scripture says 'all things are possible with God!' Let's keep going, hey & encouraging one another?
