What does food mean to you? Is it just fuel? Is it a source of nutrients? Is it an addiction? Is it a guilty pleasure? Is it just guilt?

Here at Fit for Life Forever we believe that enjoying good food is one of life’s ultimate pleasures and the huge variety of wonderful foods available to us is a demonstration of God’s extravagant love for his people. God has used food in many ways to demonstrate his love – so many of Jesus’ miracles and parables, were about food. Water into wine, loaves and fishes, fasting, feasting – Jesus was serious about food. And how did he tell us to remember Him? By eating and drinking together, naturally!

This part of the website will cover some of the main issues around food and nutrition that affect our health today, from fairly serious articles about the perils of sugar through to lighthearted banter about why curry might actually be a superfood! We hope that as a result you will see food as we do – a blessing to be seriously enjoyed.
