This seminar will explain how the Fit For Life Forever course can be used within a local church both as a Biblical means of dealing with weight and associated issues and also as an outreach tool within the local community. You will be shown how to set up a local group, experience a lesson demonstration and learn how to conduct prayer ministry within the group.
