I discovered this book, How to Stop Dieting and Start Living by Sue Prosser and it really does explore Godly attitudes to food, body image and
healthy eating. It challenges our thought-lives, self image and the assumptions we take on from the world around us. I found it extremely helpful -
both spiritually challenging and sensible - a surprisingly rare combination when it comes to attitudes about food. rn

I have read the book twice and am going through the material with friends from my church. Freedom from diets is a thing I have been waiting for for
years -- and yes it works - but we have to take our responsibility seriously. God wants us to be healthy not fat---- or too thin.

Life changing book for all who have struggled for years with comfort eating and dieting. This book teaches you to put food in its place by dealing
with the real issues. The principles are straightforward and can be followed by anyone - with or without a faith.

to, people of other faiths or no faith.rnrnI whole heartedly recommend this book to anyone who has "issues" with weight and/or food.rnrnThis
book explains why diets don't work for most people, and what needs to change in order for you to become the right weight and stay that way.rnrnI pray
that this book will be healing food for you.
