This is a fantastic resource if you are serious about doing this. I read the book through once when I got it and then I decided that I read far too
quickly so got this ebook and went through it all again slower. I'm now currently only 3lbs away from the healthy weight range marker and I have a
much closer relationship with God!

Excellent resource to use alongside the book. I went through the book once, then decided to go back to the beginning, download these and go through
the course with a friend. Am only on week 4 but is proving to be very helpful.
